Common questions

• Why is my day rated NO-GO when another app looks fine? Tap the verdict — the detail names the exact limit that tripped and what each wave model says. Different apps ride different forecast models; Thermocline shows you both sides.
• Why is a map layer empty? Layers only draw fresh data — the legend under the layer chips says when data is missing or stale rather than showing old water.
• How do I change my boat or comfort limits? Profile (the person icon) → your boat and limits; every number is editable except the product-wide 20% fuel reserve, which is always shown and never hidden.
